Make the most of your summer in Flensburg! We invite international students currently enrolled at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences (FUAS) to apply for the FUAS International Summer School 2026.
Spend two inspiring weeks improving your German, learning more about academic and working life in Germany, and connecting with fellow international students.
Dates
August 24 – September 04 2026 (Monday–Friday)
Daily schedule: 9:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
The fixed schedule allows you to plan any part-time work or other commitments around the programme.
The Summer School combines:
- An intensive German course (A2/B1)
- Insights into studying and working in Germany
- Company and institutional visits
- Social events and excursions around Flensburg
- Plenty of opportunities to build your network and enjoy the summer in Northern Germany
The detailed programme is currently being finalized and will be shared with selected participants.
Participation
Participation is free of charge. There are no participation fees and no travel costs. Lunch is at your own expense.
Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive a Certificate of Attendance for the German language course (A2/B1).

As places are limited, participation is by application.

- Current German language level
